80 Piece Heavy Workmanship Production
ORDER & DELIVERY · WHY COMPLEX OR HEAVY-WORK STYLES MAY START AT 80 PIECES
Very complex PU, faux-fur, washed, embroidered, sequin or multi-process garments can require more setup, material minimums and quality control than a basic style. These programs normally start at about 80 pieces per style after review.
Related real archive evidence is used to explain the control method; images are not automatically claimed to be one exact order unless the page states so.
Complexity is evaluated before quotation
Material behavior, pattern pieces, lining, hardware, wash, embroidery density, handwork and testing influence feasibility, sample cost, MOQ and timing.
The sample defines the workmanship
Close-up approval covers seams, edges, attachment, placement, comfort and function. Changes after approval can affect both production time and cost.
Plan a realistic schedule
Complex styles are normally planned within the 7–25 working-day range depending on quantity, material readiness and process load. An urgent split shipment can be reviewed before production starts.
