Wholesale Order Policy
Clear checkpoints from order to shipment
This page is a general guide for wholesale buyers. The final Proforma Invoice (PI), approved sample, written specification and order confirmation control each order if they differ from this guide.
1. Ready styles and custom production
Small ready-style orders: Eligible 1–10 piece orders can be paid in full through online checkout.
Larger ready-style orders: A 30% deposit is paid after the PI is confirmed. The remaining 70% is due when the appointed forwarder collects the goods or against a copy of the agreed dispatch/shipping document, according to the PI.
Custom production: Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Very complex construction, heavy workmanship or special processes may start at 80 pieces. The exact MOQ is confirmed after reviewing the style and material.
2. Custom-production payment
After the sample/specification and PI are approved, a 50% deposit starts bulk production. The remaining 50% is due when the appointed forwarder collects or against a copy of the agreed dispatch/shipping document, according to the PI.
3. Lead time
Sample making normally takes 1–4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. This excludes fabric selection, swatch delivery, customer feedback and sample shipping.
Typical production takes 7–15 working days. Orders above 500 pieces, complex styles or special processes normally take 7–25 working days. Timing starts after deposit, approval and material readiness.
4. Urgent and partial shipment
Completed and inspected quantities may ship first by agreement. Before the first dispatch, we confirm the partial quantity, carton list, freight impact, payment allocation and remaining delivery date in writing.
5. Order changes
Changes after sample, material or production approval may affect price and timing. No change is applied until both sides confirm the revised requirement in writing.
6. Cancellation
Sample-development charges are non-refundable after the related work or material sourcing begins. For a cancelled bulk order, documented material, labor and committed third-party costs are deducted from the deposit; any unused balance is reviewed according to the PI.
