What “piece-by-piece QC” means

Every finished unit receives outgoing visual and functional inspection for the agreed workmanship, obvious damage, closure operation, labels and packing. Critical measurements are checked according to the written control plan and approved size chart. For measurement-sensitive styles, the parties can agree an expanded measurement record or buyer-appointed third-party inspection.

Order flow

1. Confirm style, quantity, size range, materials, workmanship and target date.
2. Approve the sample, written measurements and any revision record.
3. Confirm proforma invoice and deposit: normally 30% for existing styles or 50% for custom development/bulk.
4. Run material preparation, cutting, sewing, special processes and inline checks.
5. Complete outgoing piece-by-piece inspection and correct or remove confirmed defective units.
6. Pack, provide agreed dispatch evidence, collect the balance and release to pickup/forwarder.

Timing, packing and flexible dispatch

Bulk production is normally 7–15 working days. Orders above 500 pieces or complex styles normally require 7–25 working days after approval and material readiness. Urgent orders can use agreed partial dispatches. Standard zipper-bag and export-carton packing is included; hanger packing is approximately US$1 per piece when quoted.

If a confirmed defect is found

Before release, we repair, replace or remove units that do not meet the agreed manufacturing standard. For a documented post-delivery manufacturing claim within the stated claim window, the remedy can be repair, replacement, credit, refund or deduction for the confirmed affected quantity, according to the written agreement and evidence. Material characteristics and approved tolerances are separated from true defects.
