Flexible payment and fulfillment for wholesale buyers

Payment options

• Eligible 1–10 piece ready-style orders: full payment through online checkout.
• Larger ready-style orders: 30% deposit and 70% balance.
• Custom bulk production: 50% deposit and 50% balance after sample/specification and PI approval.
• Sample-development fees: paid in full before pattern work, sample sewing or material sourcing begins.

Where bank transfer avoids platform payment fees, the transfer quotation may be approximately 2–4% lower. The exact payable amount and verified receiving account appear on the PI. Never accept a bank-account change based only on a chat message; verify through the established contact before transfer.

Balance and release

The remaining balance is due when the buyer-appointed forwarder collects or against a copy of the agreed dispatch/shipping document, as stated in the PI. Goods are released according to the confirmed payment and delivery arrangement.

Packing

Standard individual zipper-bag packing plus export carton is included without an extra packing charge. Standard hanger packing inside cartons adds approximately US$1 per piece. Oversized hangers, branded bags, special cartons, labels, barcodes, hangtags, vacuum packing or other special packing are quoted before production.

Shipping and pickup

EXW pickup and buyer-appointed forwarders are supported by appointment. International freight is quoted according to destination, weight, volume and service. The exact named delivery point, loading arrangement, risk transfer and shipping documents follow the PI. Under EXW, the goods are made available at the named place; any additional loading or export-support arrangement should be written into the order.

Urgent partial shipment

Inspected goods may ship in batches by agreement. Partial shipping can increase freight cost, so each dispatch quantity, carton list, payment allocation and remaining delivery date is confirmed before shipment.
