PU leather, faux fur and bonded faux-shearling outerwear

We develop fashion jackets and coats using PU materials, faux fur, bonded faux-shearling effects and mixed-material construction. These styles need careful material confirmation because surface finish, backing, stretch, thickness, fur pile and color can change sewing behavior and final appearance.

Material selection and testing

Buyers can provide material, request swatches, or describe the target hand feel, finish, composition and budget. Before bulk production we may recommend testing seam appearance, needle marks, edge finishing, adhesive performance, fur shedding, topstitching, heat sensitivity or wash/cleaning instructions.

Common design elements

We can review asymmetric zippers, metal hardware, belts, panel seams, contrast fur, lapels, oversized collars, pockets, quilting and mixed textures. Special hardware and branded trims are quoted separately when they are not standard stock.

Care and tolerance

PU and faux-fur surfaces can show natural batch variation. The approved sample, accepted swatch and written tolerance should define the production standard. Care labels must match the confirmed material and finish.

How to start a wholesale or custom order

1. Send the style link, reference image, tech pack, physical sample or paper pattern.
2. Tell us the target quantity, size range, color, fabric preference, target price and delivery market.
3. We confirm the suitable fabric/process route, sample charges, MOQ, lead time and written quotation.
4. After sample approval, the approved sample and written specification become the bulk-production standard.

Custom MOQ: normally 50 pieces per style; very complex or heavy-workmanship styles may start at 80 pieces. Sampling: normally 1-4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Bulk production: normally 7-15 working days; orders above 500 pieces or complex styles normally take 7-25 working days.
