From reference image or paper pattern to an approved sample

Our development route supports reference images, tech packs, physical garments and customer-provided paper patterns. We can also help review fabric options and color cards before sample sewing. The goal is to turn a visual idea into a written, measurable production reference.

Presentation normalized for web with consistent framing, exposure and crop. Garment and factory content remains based on the real supplied archive.

Starting sample charges

Coat or outerwear: pattern US$40 + sample sewing US$30 + material estimate about US$12. Dress or set: pattern US$30 + sample sewing US$18 + material estimate about US$10. Complex construction, washing, print, embroidery, embellishment and special trims are quoted after review.

If the buyer supplies a paper pattern

We first check completeness, seam allowance, notches, size, construction information and compatibility with the selected material. When the supplied pattern is usable, the pattern charge can be removed or adjusted; sample sewing and material/process costs still apply.

Approval and revisions

We can provide photos/video or ship the physical sample. Revision requests are documented. A change to pattern, material, trim or construction may add cost and time. Bulk production starts only after the sample/specification, PI and deposit are confirmed.

How to start a wholesale or custom order

1. Send the style link, reference image, tech pack, physical sample or paper pattern.
2. Tell us the target quantity, size range, color, fabric preference, target price and delivery market.
3. We confirm the suitable fabric/process route, sample charges, MOQ, lead time and written quotation.
4. After sample approval, the approved sample and written specification become the bulk-production standard.

Custom MOQ: normally 50 pieces per style; very complex or heavy-workmanship styles may start at 80 pieces. Sampling: normally 1-4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Bulk production: normally 7-15 working days; orders above 500 pieces or complex styles normally take 7-25 working days.
