Quality Control & Claims

100% piece-by-piece outgoing QC

Every finished garment receives an outgoing check covering visible workmanship, seams, closures, main measurements, style/color matching, quantity, labeling and packing. Units found defective before release are repaired, replaced or removed from the shipment.

Defect classification

  • Critical: safety or compliance issues. These are not accepted for shipment.
  • Major: issues that affect function, durability or saleability. These must be corrected, replaced or removed before release.
  • Minor: small appearance variations that do not affect function. Tolerance follows the approved sample and written specification.

Buyer or third-party inspection

Buyer-appointed third-party inspection is welcome before pickup. The inspection method, sample size, defect classification and acceptance level must be confirmed before inspection. Our piece-by-piece outgoing check does not prevent a buyer from arranging an independent inspection.

How to submit a claim

Report shortages, wrong items, visible transit damage or visible manufacturing issues within 7 calendar days after delivery. A hidden manufacturing defect should be reported within 30 calendar days after delivery and before the affected garment is worn, washed, altered or resold.

Please provide the PI/order number, SKU, color, size, affected quantity, carton label, packing condition, and clear photos or video showing both the garment identity and the issue. Keep the affected goods and original packaging until the review is complete.

Fair remedies

For a confirmed factory-caused defect, shortage or wrong item, the affected units may be deducted from an unpaid balance, refunded, credited, repaired or replaced, depending on when the issue is found and the most practical solution agreed with the buyer. If a return is required for a supplier-side error, return handling is agreed before shipment. Replacement goods can be combined with the next order unless an urgent separate shipment is agreed.

What is not a manufacturing defect

Normal batch or lighting variation within the approved standard, agreed measurement tolerance, buyer-approved deviations, wear, washing, alteration, improper storage/handling, unauthorized repair and buyer-controlled transit damage are not factory manufacturing defects. Custom goods are not returnable because of change of mind, slow resale or market preference.
