Custom Development & Sampling

Send a design, choose fabric and approve the sample

We support reference images, tech packs, physical samples and customer-provided paper patterns. You may provide your own material, or ask us to source suitable fabric and send swatches or color cards.

Starting sample fees

Coat or outerwear: pattern US$40 + sample sewing US$30 + material estimate about US$12.

Dress or set: pattern US$30 + sample sewing US$18 + material estimate about US$10.

Complex construction, special trims, washing, embroidery, beading and other special processes are quoted after review. If you provide a usable paper pattern or material, the corresponding fee can be removed or adjusted after inspection.

Payment and timing

Confirmed pattern, sample-sewing and material charges are paid in full before the related work or sourcing starts. Sample making normally takes 1–4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Fabric-selection time and buyer feedback time are not included.

Approval

We can send photos/video for review or ship the physical sample. Requested revisions are documented; a revision that changes pattern, fabric, trim or construction may add cost and time. The approved sample and written specification become the bulk-production reference.

Bulk MOQ

Standard custom production starts at 50 pieces per style. Very complex or heavy-workmanship styles may start at 80 pieces. Bulk production uses a 50% deposit and 50% balance under the confirmed PI.

Design files and confidentiality

Non-public technical files and buyer-provided designs are treated as confidential for order development. Buyers should have the right to use any reference artwork, branding or protected design they provide. An NDA can be reviewed when required.
