Digital Print Garment Development Workflow
RELATED WORKFLOW EVIDENCE — NOT ONE EXACT GARMENT
A transparent view of how print artwork, pattern placement, fabric output and a finished fashion sample are connected. The archive images demonstrate related steps and capability; they are not presented as a single exact garment development.
Real supplied archive images are lightly normalized for web framing, crop and exposure. Garment and factory facts are not AI-generated.
Buyer approval points
- Confirm artwork ownership or permission, repeat type, scale and placement.
- Confirm base fabric, composition, weight, width and required hand feel.
- Review a strike-off or physical color reference when color accuracy matters.
- Place the approved print on the garment pattern and make the sample.
- Approve silhouette, print position, measurements and visible workmanship.
A monitor color is not automatically a fabric color. Output can change with fiber content, fabric construction, finishing and lighting. We document the accepted sample or swatch rather than promising an undefined screen match.
Best fit for small brands
This route suits dresses, sets, skirts, statement panels and seasonal updates where the buyer wants to test a print without committing to a very large opening order. Custom bulk normally starts at 50 pieces per style; more complex or heavy-work styles may start at 80 pieces.
