Digital print and burn-out effects for fashion garments

Our production resources include digital print development and burn-out/etched-effect processing for suitable materials. These capabilities are useful for printed dresses, sets, scarves, statement panels and seasonal fashion programs that require fast artwork changes or distinctive surface effects.

Digital print workflow

We review artwork resolution, repeat, scale, placement, color target and base fabric. A screen color is not automatically a fabric color, so sample strike-offs or physical references are recommended when color accuracy is important. Final output also depends on fiber content, fabric construction and finishing.

Burn-out and special surface effects

Burn-out results depend on the fiber blend and process route. We first confirm whether the selected fabric is suitable, then review motif, transparency, hand feel, strength and garment placement. The process must be approved on the intended fabric before bulk production.

Rights and artwork

Buyers should own or have permission to use submitted artwork, logos and protected patterns. Non-public production files can be handled as confidential development materials, and an NDA can be reviewed when required.

How to start a wholesale or custom order

1. Send the style link, reference image, tech pack, physical sample or paper pattern.
2. Tell us the target quantity, size range, color, fabric preference, target price and delivery market.
3. We confirm the suitable fabric/process route, sample charges, MOQ, lead time and written quotation.
4. After sample approval, the approved sample and written specification become the bulk-production standard.

Custom MOQ: normally 50 pieces per style; very complex or heavy-workmanship styles may start at 80 pieces. Sampling: normally 1-4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Bulk production: normally 7-15 working days; orders above 500 pieces or complex styles normally take 7-25 working days.
