Linen/cotton, mesh, lace and jacquard fashion development

We develop dresses, sets, jackets and separates in breathable linen/cotton looks, lightweight mesh and lace, and structured jacquard materials. Each fabric group needs a different construction plan, so we review transparency, drape, shrinkage, seam appearance, lining and pressing before bulk production.

Linen and cotton

Natural-fiber fabrics may show slubs, wrinkles and shade variation. These are managed against the approved fabric and sample rather than treated as identical to synthetic smooth fabric. Pre-shrink or wash testing may be recommended for measurement-sensitive styles.

Mesh and lace

We review stretch direction, recovery, transparency, seam type, lining, edge finishing and reinforcement. For printed or embroidered mesh, motif placement and panel matching should be confirmed in the sample.

Jacquard

Jacquard weight and motif repeat affect cutting, matching and garment structure. The quotation should state whether motif alignment, lining, special pressing or additional material allowance is required.

How to start a wholesale or custom order

1. Send the style link, reference image, tech pack, physical sample or paper pattern.
2. Tell us the target quantity, size range, color, fabric preference, target price and delivery market.
3. We confirm the suitable fabric/process route, sample charges, MOQ, lead time and written quotation.
4. After sample approval, the approved sample and written specification become the bulk-production standard.

Custom MOQ: normally 50 pieces per style; very complex or heavy-workmanship styles may start at 80 pieces. Sampling: normally 1-4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Bulk production: normally 7-15 working days; orders above 500 pieces or complex styles normally take 7-25 working days.
