How remote approval works

1. Agree the sample size, size chart and exact points of measure.
2. Complete the sample in the confirmed fabric and construction.
3. Send front, side, back and detail images under clear light.
4. Record or live-stream the tape at each agreed measurement point without hiding the start or end reading.
5. Send a measurement table showing requested, actual and tolerance values.
6. Record buyer comments, revise if required, and ask for written approval before bulk.

When a physical sample is still recommended

For a first cooperation, a new fit block, sensitive fabric hand feel, complex corsetry, heavy embellishment or a high-value style, physical sample shipping is normally the safer route. After both sides have completed several successful samples or orders, remote approval can reduce repeated courier cost and waiting time.

What protects the buyer

Photos and video are supporting evidence, not a vague verbal promise. The approved size chart, sample comments, fabric/trims, revision record, quantity, price, lead time and packing are written into the development record or order documents. Bulk production begins after the agreed approval and deposit.

Typical timing: sample making is normally 1–4 working days after fabric, trims and construction are confirmed, excluding fabric-selection time, buyer review and international shipping.
