Washed Denim Workwear Development Case Study
SAME DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM EVIDENCE
This evidence set connects technical intent, a washed denim workwear jacket, construction close-ups, bundled production pieces and packed cartons. Buyer-specific measurement sheets and barcodes are intentionally excluded from the public page.
Real supplied archive images are lightly normalized for web framing, crop and exposure. Any conceptual illustration is labeled directly in its caption.
Why denim needs two approvals
A denim style needs both construction approval and wash approval. Washing can change shade, hand feel and finished measurements. We therefore confirm base fabric, weight and stretch, hardware, embroidery or decoration, wash reference and measurement tolerance before bulk production.
Measurement and wash control
The sample is measured after the relevant wash/finish. When remote approval is used, the buyer receives clear measurement photos or video for the agreed points of measure. Wash variation that is part of the design is documented; unexpected damage, broken hardware, open seams or measurements outside the agreed tolerance are corrected or rejected.
Bulk and packing control
Finished garments receive piece-by-piece outgoing inspection for visible workmanship, wash result within the approved range, closure function, key measurements, labels and packing. Standard zipper-bag and export-carton packing is included. Hanger packing can be arranged at approximately US$1 per piece when confirmed in the quotation.
