Wholesale Shipping, Pickup & Packing Policy

This policy explains how shipping is estimated for small online wholesale orders and how freight is confirmed for larger or custom orders. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

1. Fulfillment choices

• United States door-to-door air delivery through checkout: choose the displayed estimated freight amount and complete the native online checkout. For eligible US garment shipments, customs clearance, import duties/taxes and last-mile delivery to the stated customer address are included.
• EXW Foshan / buyer-appointed forwarder: choose the free EXW option only when your forwarder will collect from our Foshan factory and warehouse. International delivery is not included and pickup must be booked in advance.
• Delivery to a China forwarder: send us the forwarder's complete China address, contact name, phone number and warehouse code. China domestic freight, if any, is confirmed before dispatch.
• Other destinations or larger orders: contact us for a packed-carton quotation before payment or use the forwarder option stated on the approved Proforma Invoice.

2. United States checkout freight table

The following USD amounts are freight estimates collected through checkout. They are based on the merchandise subtotal and allow mixed styles in one order.

Important: checkout freight is an estimate, not a promise that every mixed order has the same physical weight. Before dispatch we verify packed weight, carton dimensions, destination postcode and the current carrier quotation. If the verified freight is materially lower, we refund the difference. If it is materially higher, we provide scale photos, carton dimensions and carrier evidence before requesting an adjustment. No parcel is dispatched with an unapproved material freight adjustment.

3. Route selection and transit

Compact samples and lighter parcels are normally sent by a suitable small-parcel air service. For planning, parcels up to approximately 9 kg normally remain on the small-parcel route; at approximately 10 kg we compare both routes; from approximately 11 kg the bulk air route is usually more economical. The current bulk air route has a 12 kg minimum billable shipment, so a shipment below 12 kg may still be charged as 12 kg if that route is selected.

Typical United States transit for the selected air route is 8–12 business days after carrier acceptance. Transit is an estimate and may be affected by customs inspection, weather, flight capacity, remote-area delivery or force majeure. For an eligible US garment shipment, the checkout door-to-door air service includes fuel, customs clearance, import duties/taxes and last-mile delivery to the stated customer address. No additional import duty or customs tax is collected from the buyer on delivery. Any remote-area, oversize, restricted-goods, inaccurate-declaration or destination exception must be identified and confirmed before dispatch.

4. Carton standards and chargeable weight

• Bulk cartons are normally planned around 12–20 kg when the garment type and route allow it.
• We try to avoid a single carton above 22 kg unless the carrier or buyer's forwarder approves it.
• Planning limit: longest side below 120 cm, second side no more than 76 cm, and length plus twice the width and twice the height no more than 266 cm.
• Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Where the selected route uses a 6000 divisor, volumetric weight is calculated as L × W × H ÷ 6000 in centimeters.
• Bulky faux-fur, padded, PU-leather or long-coat orders may have substantially higher volumetric weight. Final freight is therefore checked after compression-safe packing.

5. Packing options

Standard individual zipper-bag packing and export-carton packing are included without an extra packing fee. Hanger packing is available from US$1 per piece and may increase carton volume and chargeable freight. Custom labels, special cartons, vacuum packing or other requirements are quoted before production.

6. Production, samples and partial shipment

Samples typically take 1–4 working days after pattern, fabric, trim and construction details are confirmed; time waiting for fabric selection or buyer approval is not included. Standard production is typically 7–15 working days after deposit and final approval. Orders above 500 pieces or complex styles generally require 7–25 working days. When practical, an urgent order may be split into approved partial shipments, each with its own carton data, freight and documents.

7. Documents and handover evidence

Depending on the order and route, we can provide a Proforma or Commercial Invoice, packing list, carton quantity, weight and dimensions, measurement or QC photos, carrier label or tracking, and forwarder handover evidence. The buyer must confirm the consignee, delivery address, postcode, tax information and forwarder instructions before dispatch.

8. Pickup, delivery inspection and claims

For EXW or buyer-appointed-forwarder orders, carrier handling and transit risk pass according to the agreed trade term and documented handover. Manufacturing quality remains covered by our Wholesale Returns, Quality Claims & Remedies policy. On arrival, count cartons and photograph any visible carton damage before opening. Report visible damage, shortages or wrong items within 7 calendar days with photos, video, shipping labels and affected quantities.
