EXW Pickup and Buyer Appointed Forwarder

Buyers can arrange pickup or nominate a freight forwarder. The exact trade term, documents, carton information, balance-payment condition and pickup appointment are confirmed in the quotation or PI.

Before pickup
We confirm released quantity, packing method, carton count, carton dimensions/weight when available, marks, collection contact and the documents agreed for the order.
Balance and release
Existing ready-style orders normally use a 30% deposit for larger wholesale quantities; custom development/bulk normally uses 50%. The balance is paid before collection or against the agreed dispatch evidence.
Forwarder coordination
The buyer or appointed forwarder schedules collection. Export/customs responsibility and any additional documentation follow the written trade term rather than being assumed from a chat message.
Buyer checklist
- Send forwarder company and contact.
- Confirm pickup date and vehicle requirements.
- Approve carton marks and packing list.
- Complete the agreed balance-payment condition.
