Urgent Partial Shipment for Fashion Orders

When a buyer has an urgent launch, Floravincie can review a planned partial shipment rather than holding every unit until the full order is complete. The split must be agreed before release so quantity, freight and balance payment remain clear.
Related real archive evidence is used to explain the control method; images are not automatically claimed to be one exact order unless the page states so.
Define the priority
Agree the first-release quantity, priority colors/sizes, required date and whether the remaining quantity follows in one or more batches.
Inspect each release
A partial shipment is not an excuse to skip QC. Each released batch receives the agreed outgoing inspection, packing count and dispatch evidence.
Confirm cost and payment
Additional cartons, pickup appointments or international shipments can increase freight or handling cost. The payment and release condition for each batch is written into the agreement.

- Identify must-have colors and sizes.
- Agree first and final release dates.
- Confirm added freight/handling if any.
- Record carton count and quantity for every batch.
