Production Planning for Orders Above 500 Pieces
ORDER & DELIVERY · MATERIAL, CAPACITY AND QC PLANNING FOR LARGER ORDERS
Orders above 500 pieces need an agreed production calendar, material plan and release standard. Typical production time is 7–25 working days after approvals and material readiness, depending on style complexity.
Related real archive evidence is used to explain the control method; images are not automatically claimed to be one exact order unless the page states so.
Lock inputs before capacity is reserved
Quantity, color/size breakdown, materials, artwork, labels, packing, approved sample, measurements and delivery priorities should be aligned before the production window is committed.
Control the first output and inline production
The first completed units are compared with the approved reference. Inline review helps correct workmanship or process drift before the full order reaches final inspection.
Plan release and documentation
Packing quantity, carton marks, dispatch evidence and forwarder appointment are prepared for the agreed trade route. Partial release can be used only when written into the plan.
Buyer checklist
- Provide forecast and target ship date early.
- Confirm material lead time and lot strategy.
- Approve the production reference.
- Agree whether one release or partial shipments are required.
Frequently asked question
Is 7 working days guaranteed for every 500-piece order?
No. Timing depends on materials, processes, capacity and approval speed; the written quotation/PI confirms the actual schedule.
