A jacket can look correct in one front photo and still fail at chest, shoulder, sleeve or back balance. This guide explains how Floravincie turns the approved fit into measurable production information for overseas buyers.

Agree the measuring method before sampling
The buyer's size chart should define the points of measure, sample size, tolerance and whether the garment is zipped, buttoned, relaxed or stretched. We do not apply one universal measuring convention when the buyer has a written method.
Make the reading visible
For remote approval, photos or video show the garment laid flat, the tape position and the start/end reading. Typical jacket controls may include chest, shoulder, back length, sleeve, bicep, cuff, hem and pocket position, depending on the style.
Control bulk against the approved reference
The approved sample, written size chart and revision record become the production reference. Critical measurements are checked according to the agreed control plan; visible workmanship, closure function, labels and packing are checked on every finished unit.

- Send the intended sample size and size range.
- Mark any brand-specific measuring method on the tech pack.
- Confirm tolerances before sample approval.
- Request physical-sample shipping when fit or hand feel cannot be judged remotely.

Yes, when both sides agree to remote approval. New fit blocks, heavy tailoring or sensitive materials are safer with a physical sample first.
