Both approval routes are useful. The correct choice depends on how new the fit is, how sensitive the material feels, how complex the construction is and how much prior production history the buyer has with us.

Use a physical sample for higher-risk decisions
A first cooperation, new fit block, corsetry, heavy tailoring, complex stretch, sensitive hand feel or dense embellishment normally benefits from physical review.
Use remote review for speed
After several successful samples or orders, buyers often review multi-angle photos, recorded measurement video or a live call. This can reduce repeated courier cost and waiting time.
Keep the written standard
Remote approval does not remove the need for a size chart, material confirmation, tolerance and revision record. The selected approval route is confirmed in writing before bulk.
